About Me

I have always been a buys body; always wanting to do something. When I became a stay at home mother, I picked up a few new hobbies to keep me sane. I was used to being on my feet all day long, and working hard, and naturally with a newborn, there is a lot of down time. That's when the art of cake decorating was born for me. Cake decorating became something that I loved. I loved creating, I loved learning new techniques, I loved trying and creating new recipes. (I still do!) It opened up my eyes to a whole new world of creativeness, and I was hooked! I've been making cakes for 4 years now. I have experience working in a high end Bakery Shop here locally, in Salt Lake City and have learned a lot from that experience! Leaving my kids with a sitter daily was really hard on me, and really took a tole my little ones. I chose to leave the company because my growing family was my highest priority, and I knew my kids needed me more than I needed cake decorating. Once I was back into the full role of motherhood, I started to get that busy body itch again. I needed to do something for me too! I began making cakes in the evening time, after my kids went to bed, so that I could have the best of both worlds!  I now work in my home, and make all of my cakes in a separate kitchen designated as a child free zone behind closed doors.  I have a passion for what I do, and can assure you that your cake will be done with complete professionalism and to the best of my ability. It is my passion to create something special for each of my clients and would love to help you create your dream cake too!
